Australian dollars, GST included. Calls count in whole minutes; extra minutes are 40c each. The free week includes up to 100 call minutes. Your card is saved at sign-up and first charged when the free week ends, or sooner if its minutes run out.
Questions
Do I get my own website?
Yes. Every salon gets a booking website with its services, prices, hours, team and photos, at coiffe.com.au/s/your-salon. Change it any time from your dashboard.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. You forward your salon's calls to Coiffe's line: when you're busy, after hours, or all the time. Your phone provider can switch it on and off.
Do callers know it isn't a person?
Yes. It answers in your salon's name as its virtual receptionist, on a recorded line, and says so honestly if asked.
What if someone wants to talk to me?
It takes their name, number and what it's about. It's waiting in your dashboard for your team to call back.
Can it double-book?
No. Your calendar won't put a stylist or a client in two places at once, even when two people call at the same moment. It knows each stylist's hours, days off and leave.
Can I change my services, prices and team?
Any time, in your dashboard. Your website and your receptionist follow within a minute.
What happens after the free week?
Your plan starts and your card is charged, then every month or year. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. Switch plans or cancel from your dashboard.
